this community was created as a sister community to i_am_thankful @ LJ. its original creator, tristian, created it because she was thankful for two minute noodles, and felt insanely stupid for wanting to write a journal entry just for that reason.

this is a place to share whatever you are thankful for. lists of little things are encouraged. [ie; today i am thankful for - two minute noodles, the sun and hot coffee] feel free to elaborate.

everyone seems to concentrate on the bad these days, i thought it'd be nice to share some of the good.

DO!

» introduce yourself if you so desire.
» post lists because lists are great.
» post non-list post because they're great too.
» make photo posts and place them behind a cut.
» make long posts, but if it's very long, lj-cut is your friend.
» explain why you are thankful for whatever you are if you want to.
» post multiple times per day [though don't press your friendship ;)]

DO NOT!
» do not be an ass. all asses will be ousted.
» do not diss anyone for race/faith/orientation/etc. you will be permabanned immediately. we are all accepting here.
» do not post what you are not thankful for.
» do not promote other communities here, that's not we're for.
» that's it. don't be a dickwad and we'll all get along fine.
